Hi guys, it’s been a while but here’s one of my favorite posts of the month again: my top 5 book releases of the month! And April has a couple of really amazing books for us. There are a few titles in particular that I’m looking forward to a lot. Guess what? Lets just start with the list! 1. Inferno – Julie Kagawa

If you’ve been following me for a while now, you MUST have noticed my undying love for this author. Her Iron Fey books were one of the first books I’ve ever fallen in love with, and the Talon Saga is sassy AF. And the saga is coming to an end now with this epic conclusion. 2. The Fates Divide – Veronica Roth

Veronica Roth is know for her Divergent books (I mean, who hasn’t heard about these books?) – but last year, she’s written another amazing book: Carve The Mark. It’s one of those books that will stay with you, that you gotta take time for when you’re reading it. It’s a whole new world and she did an amazing job on the world building. 3. Leah on the Offbeat – Becky Albertalli

Becky Albertalli – I mean, come on, you gotta love her and every single one of her books. Whilst Simon is in the cinemas right now (if you’re lucky, at least, we Dutchies have to wait a little longer), Becky has been working on a new book. It features a character we know from her other books: Leah. She’s Simon’s best friend and struggles with a couple of problems. She’s bisexual but doesn’t have the courage to tell it to her friends. 4. Ace of Shades (The Shadow Game #1) – Amanda Foody

April has a lot of books by familiar authors of familiar series, but I also wanted to introduce you to a whole new story (and maybe for some of you also a new author). Ace of Shades is about Enne, who’s had a great upbringing. When her mother goes missing, she leaves a letter for her daughter telling her to look for a guy named Levi Glaysier. Unfortunately this guys turns out to be living in New Reynes, also called City of Sin. He’s a street lord with a lot of problems. Enne has to surrender to the city to save her mom. Read more…
