It’s Friday today… almost weekend! And to make the weekend a little bit better, we – the team of DBC – will publish a “Fun Friday” post every Friday. We will let you know what we are going to read, watch and do. Of course, this will be mixed with some hilarious quotes and events of the passed week. So, let’s go, Fun Friday #1
Michelle: “I will be reading the fifth book of Game of Thrones. Also, I’m going to watch The Hobbit #3 because the DVD came out this week! *happy dancing*. And I will, of course, continue watching Breaking Bad. It’s so good. Oh, and yeah, tonight I’m going to the theater watching “Nora”, a very good play in Amsterdam. Esther: “I’m going to read Harry Potter #3. As a kid, I’ve listened to people reading the HP series to me, but now that I’ve got the whole series in a box, I can read them myself. The books contain so many funny jokes you won’t notice as a kid. Amazing! I’m going to watch Captain America with Nanouk – if the internet works. And I will watch Game of Thrones, also with Nanouk. And Sunday/Monday night is Kings Night in the Netherlands, which I will be enjoying too!”

Rebecca: “I don’t know what I’m going to read, but I will be watching tons of movies. I’m seeing Avangers: Age of Ultron, The Book of Life and The First Time. And since I am addicted to watching series too, I will be watching Lost and Grey’s Anatomy. I have a deep quote too, for you: ‘Shonda Rhimes is too rude to her characters‘ by me. Yes, it’s my quote. Like: why did you kill *beep beep beep spoiler spoiler* in Grey’s Anatomy?!”

Nanouk: “Gosh, what I’m going to read? At least 20-something articles for uni. I will start in Talon and Rogue a.s.a.p. (e-ARCs by YABC) and maybe finally start reading Paper Towns. I’m going to watch Captain America with Esther and of course the series Game of Thrones which I’ve sworn to never watch but am watching atm. Oops. I don’t have a deep or funny quote, I just wanna use this post to thank all of the (new) co authors. They make updating DBC much easier and better. I can talk to them about news items, actors, books and stuff like that and get their honest opinions. I hope you, as a reader, will appreciate this too.”
