New series "Scream Queens" – Update!

Good day!

I hope that where ever you are, the weather is sunny and warm because here in Amsterdam the rain is really giving me a reason to be depressed. But no worries, school has started – yes, I am aware – but that also means our favourite shows are on their way and great new ones, just like the series “Scream Queens” which I want to talk about today!

If you haven’t heard about this new series, you can see it like: Friday the 13th meets Mean Girls. A sorority named Kappa Kappa Tao at Wallace University has a dark mystery hidden in it’s chambers. This mystery becomes even more mysterious when the new girls arrive to pledge at this sorority and the leading sorority sisters (Emma Roberts, Skyler Samuels, Ariana Grande, Abigail Breslin) named the “Chanels'”  don’t know what’s going on. In the trailer we see this red mask popping up at strange places, check it out below!

With all the Queens you probably wonder if there is any male meat in this show: well of course there is a hot guy role in this horrorcomedy, played by Nick Jonas! The cast is amazing, which also includes Lea Michele (Glee), Keke Palmer (True Jackson) and Jamie Lee Curtis (Freaky Friday). Jamie plays the dean who hates the sorority and without her this series wouldn’t have happened at all because the producer desperately wanted to work with her. Dean Cathy changes the rules in the first episode by stating that everyone can pledge at any sorority, so the Chanels can’t block anyone who they think isn’t Kappa Kappa Tao material. That’s where the fun begins because the ones that really want to become a Kappa sister are hilarious.
