Dutch Book Chick is an independent blog, founded by Nanouk Meijer in 2013. Since then, the blog has grown out to be a place for books, movies and series. Our main focus is books for (young) woman, but we try to be more diverse and review anything that we think is interesting for our followers. Nanouk frequently attends movie premieres and is often found at book and movie related conferences and parties.
Our statistics
With a couple of thousands visitors per month, about 50% is Dutch speaking, and roughly 45% is English speaking. The other 5% come from countries like Germany, Spain and France.
About 40% of our visitors is between 18-24 y/o, 20% is between 25-34 y/o. We focus on a younger audience, but that doesn’t mean we exclude an older audience. About 70% of our audience identifies as female.
